When will the amount be charged?
You will be charged, when the shipment is dispatched.
How much is the delivery charge?
Shipping costs via GLS to private addresses or business addresses are EUR 7. The price is the same regardless of size and weight. Newline offers free shipping on orders above EUR 100.
Can you give me more information about a product?
We try to write as much information about our products as possible - such as function, size, color and material. If additional information is needed, you can write us at email@example.com - remember to state the product name of the item you want information about. And we'll do our best to answer your questions.
How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your product you can easily return it within 14 days. Simply fill in the return slip and enclose it in the return package. Remember to stamp the package before sending it.
What shall I do if I have received a faulty item?
If you have found an error on your product please contact us as soon as possible. Then you will receive a service number, which you will need when you send faulty item. Once we have processed the claim, you will receive a refund for the item.
