"In our work we have a very still stationary work where we work in an environment with both physical work and stress as we have to make sure that our customers get healthy, handmade food on time. Therefore, we have both had running as an interest in a number of years. We run together 3, 4, 5 days a week all year round. On our trips, it is therefore a matter of course that we have our running gear with us. We are both facinated by long-distance running and the way you work both mentally and physical to get through. At Autumn 2009, we travel to Honolulu to run the early morning marathon as they offer there. We aim at running two marathons a year plus a number of smaller races - preferably in terrain.
The picture is from the Faroe Islands, the day after we made a 6 courses menu for 140 guests. But we just had to go out and try the rocky hills.
