Product tests
Newline is a high quality brand within functional sportswear. We believe that we make some of the finest gear on the market. But we are not the only ones. We are eager to participate in product test, and we use the feedback in our product development.
Below you can find the product test that Newline has participated in over the last couple of years with a brief section of the test result:
"TEST WINNER" in Runner's World Sweden December 2011 - Windrunner Gloves
The glove felt great and has great fitting. Possible to transform the glove into a mitten so that it is warmer.
"BEST BUY" in Loebemagasinet (Danish running magazine) December 2011 - Windblock Longsleeve
Newline Windblock Longsleeve is made of a soft polypropolene microfibre with an extra panel in front made of 100% windproof material. The shirt felt a little like plastic, but when in use you quickle forget this because of the great fitting. A good Christmas idea for the runner who wants protection in the cold winter time. Note. The price stated in the magazine is not correct!

The jacket from Newline has a very good isolation and the material is very flexible. The jacket can easily handle minus degrees like we have had the last months, but at the same time it is good now that is has been slightly warmer because it is so breathable. The material did that the jacket feels like it is taylormade.
"TEST WINNER - WOMEN" in Loebemagasinet (Danish running magazine) February 2011 - Iconic Compression Knee Tights:
Newline has with this tight entered the market for compression. And made the Compression Knee Tight in "NT-71 Cross elastic" material. Og we have to admit: It actually did help in giving us a better run, and it was a fantastic tight to run in. Fabric that is soft, gives no friction and no sound.

Single test of Newline's new development, Iconic Warmtack Jkt. The brushed inside is impressively soft and warm. Running experience: These winter tights feel lightweight and flexible no matter how fast you run and how wild your movements. At the same time, they are particularly effective against wind and freezing temperatures.
"TEST WINNER" 10 out of 10 in Skogssport (Swedish magazine) September 2010 - Imotion Base Jkt:
Only jacket to get 10 out of 10 in the test. Thin and light running jacket in cool colour. Resists water and wind very well. Isolated with a thin mest lining. Good ventilation. Smooth and anatomic fitting without being too tight. A real top jacket which is also sold at a very good price.
5 ouf of 6 in Aktiv Traening (Scandinavian training magazine) July 2010 - Iconic Vent Stretch Tee:
Relatively tight fit. Thin material on the back. Flat seam. Reflective logos on front and back. The t-shirt is very comfortable with tight fit but in a very elastic material so the tee is not annoyingly tight. If you are on the look for a simple, tight tee with a good sweat transport and ultra short drying time, the Iconic Vent Stretch Tee is the best tee in the test.
"BEST BUY" in Aktiv Traening (Scandinavian training magazine) April 2010 - Windpack Jkt:
Minimalistic jacket that can be packed in a small inside pocket. Reflectives on the back and one of the sleeves. If you are looking for a ultra light and cheap jacket, Newline's Windpack Jkt is great. At the same time is is so feather light that it is easy to carry in the waistband of the running tights.
"GEAR OF THE YEAR" in Aktiv Traening (Scandinavian training magazine) August 2009 - Iconic Feather Tee:
The fabric feels like silk. And during exercise the fabric has the unique ability to transport the sweat away so you feel dry even though you sweat much. Furthermore, the tee is made without any annoying seams, and therefore you have a hit for the summer weather. The tee is also very light making it comfortable even for longer runs and tiring runs.
"BEST BUY" in Loebemagasinet (Danish running magazine) June/July 2009 - Hydro belt:
The lightest and most simple product in the category fuel belts is from Newline. In reality it is a wide elastic with four bottles for 170 ml and a flat bag for keys/gels in the front. The placement of the bottles does that they do not hinder the natural movement of the arms when running.
