We work hard with our function, and it is the details that make the difference. Wind resistance, water resistance, sweat transport, breathability, cooling and thermal effect and weight are all parameters that are used in the Newline design. When new fabrics or functional details are designed, these parameters are always kept in focus for improved performance.

Bullet system
When deciding the number of bullets for each function both the type of fabric and how the product has been constructed have been taken into account.
As an example you can take a product’s breathability. Breathability is not only a question of the fabric chosen for a given product. Breathability is also dependent on a product’s construction. Is the product made of a lighter fabric on the back for ventilation (open mesh back), does the product have ventilation under arms or ventilation flaps on the back, etc? All these details add to a product’s breathability and it should of course be reflected in the grading system.
You are therefore sure that the Newline grading system reflects a product’s function as a whole.
Wash & care
Proper care of your Newline products is important for the lasting of your products and to maintain the function of the fabrics. The high-tech fabrics are often pre-handled to give the fabrics and the fibres of the products their functionality.
