NEWLINE/HALO TRAINING TEAM – FIRST OBSTACLE


 The first workout took place at the Newlines Head Quarter near Aarhus habour.
Today’s challenge was CrossFit which included kettlebells, skipping rope and weight plates.
Today's training was completed with a well-deserved break at a local cafe




Newline/HALO Training Team – Second Obstacle


 Today's focus was boxing, where the team learned new techniques and combinations.
In order to be cooled down after the hard training, the Newline / HALO Training Team went down to Aarhus harbor for winter bathing.

 For the third training the exercises was inspired by the Danish Special Forces, which is also part of Newline's DNA.

 The fourth team training focus was teamwork.
The team was challenged in challenging environments and tasks where only good teamwork could solve the tasks.
